As a dietary supplement for adults, Take one capsule daily, with food or as directed by your health practitioner.

Continuous use of this product for more than 30 days is not recommended except under the supervision of a healthcare practitioner.

Do not exceed recommended dose.  Do not take if you are pregnant, may become pregnant, breastfeeding, taking blood thinners, allergic to the ingredient,  have poor digestion and if you suffer from any gastrointestinal disorders such as ulcers. Consult your health care professional before taking this product if you are taking any drug that affects blood clotting. Discontinue use if you experience nausea, vomiting or upset stomach.
