Nicotinamide is one of the two forms of Vitamin B3. Nicotinamide is the version that does not cause what is commonly referred to as the "niacin flush".  Nicotinamide Mononucleotide (NMN) is one of the main precursors of Nicotinamide Adenine Dinucleotide (NAD+), an essential enzyme for critical cell functions, including metabolism, DNA repair, cell growth and survival.
