L-Theanine 120 Capsules

L-Theanine is a powerful Amino Acid found naturally in the tea plant (Camellia sinensis). Theanine promotes relaxation while maintaining alertness and promotes healthy cognitive function.  This amino acid acts as a mild, non-sedating relaxant. It is also taken to help with focus & cognition, promote stress relief and relaxation may help decrease anxiety, and promote improved sleep quality without drowsiness. L-Theanine can be taken during the day to help reduce stress or in the evening before bed to help calm and quiet your mind so you can drift off to sleep.

Dosage
As a dietary supplement Take 1-2 capsules 1 to 2 times daily as needed, or as directed by your healthcare provider. Can be taken in the morning. We recommend you don't take more than 6 capsules daily.

Side effects and Interaction
L-Theanine is possibly safe when used by mouth, short-term.  Theanine might lower blood pressure. In theory, theanine might increase the risk of blood pressure dropping too low in people prone to low blood pressure. If you have low blood pressure, discuss theanine with your healthcare provider before starting it.
