The rind is naturally high in Hydroxycitric acid (HCA), which has been identified as a potential secret weapon for metabolism support. Garcinia Cambogia and Chromium are generally well tolerated by most adults.   Common, but mild side effects of Garcinia Cambogia include nausea, digestive tract discomfort, and headache. Some people may experience side effects with Chromium such as skin irritation, headaches, dizziness, nausea, mood changes and impaired thinking, judgment, and coordination. Stop using Chromium if you experience any side effect and discontinue using the supplement. Taking Chromium along with diabetes medications might cause blood sugar levels to drop too low, monitor your blood sugar levels closely.
